1. Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone who joins the Utex waitlist, visits utexlab.com, or later becomes a paying customer once Utex is live. Utex is a product of Studio Utexo ("we," "us," "our").
2. Current pre-launch status
Utex is not yet publicly available. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for service, does not guarantee access, and does not obligate you to any fees. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and may change before launch.
3. Waitlist and early access
By submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to receive occasional emails about Utex's launch, early access invitations, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
4. Acceptable use (once live)
Once Utex is live, customers will be expected to use it in line with applicable law, including UK GDPR and PECR, and not to use it to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing outreach. Full acceptable-use terms will be published before general availability.
5. Intellectual property
The Utex name, logo, and the content on this site are owned by Studio Utexo. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose site content without permission.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops, particularly around launch. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
